Due to hygiene, product safety, and the nature of our wigs and hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Wrong item selected

Incorrect color, length, or texture chosen

Fit or preference issues

Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
Please review your order carefully before placing your purchase.
Any wigs that have been worn, installed, customized, cut, colored, styled, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photo and video proof. Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
